Mr. Ginberg joined the firm as Senior Counsel in 2005. Mr. Ginberg’s practice includes commercial office, retail and industrial leasing and he acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Prior to joining SSL Law Firm, Mr. Ginberg served of counsel to Business Law Partners, LLP and as a Senior Associate with Robbins, Palmer and Allen, LLP representing both Landlords and Tenants in commercial leasing transactions as well as buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of real property. His practice also included telecommunications, land use and general corporate matters. Prior to relocating to California, Mr. Ginberg was a partner in the firm of Ginberg and Haberman in New York City, practicing in the areas of real estate, civil litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Ginberg received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1983 and a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1986. He is admitted to practice in both California and New York and is a member of the State Bars of California and New York.
