Mr. Rubinstein has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including office, retail and industrial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, construction and entity formation. Over the course of his practice he has represented all major constituencies involved in real estate deals, including landlords, ground lessors, tenants, subtenants, buyers, sellers, lenders, operating companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, and REITs. He also has substantial experience in a wide variety of other general business and commercial matters. Prior to working with SSL Law Firm, Mr. Rubinstein was an attorney with Heller, Ehrman, White and McAuliffe and has also maintained his own practice since 2000. Mr. Rubinstein earned his B.A. in Economics from Yale University in 1985 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1989. He is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also a licensed real estate broker and MFT in the State of California. |
