Leizl is an associate attorney based in the San Francisco office. Leizl’s practice is focused on the formation of common interest developments and other land-sharing arrangements. Representative matters include the preparation of governance, sales and disclosure documents for several mixed-use urban infill condominium projects, as well as single-family subdivisions throughout California. Her practice also involves commercial real estate transactions with primary emphasis on commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants.
Leizl earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. While in law school, Leizl actively served as the 3L Vice President of the Student Bar Association, the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and as an Editor for the Business Law Advisory. She graduated cum laude from Azusa Pacific University, where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with an minor in Business Administration.
