Mr. Nelson is an Associate with the firm. He represents renewable energy developers, real estate developers, municipalities and non-profit organizations in land use permitting, transactional and enforcement matters and litigation throughout California. He also represents high net worth individuals in residential real estate transactions and development projects.

His residential real estate practice involves sales and purchases as well as asset/property management. He represents several major landlords and management companies in local and national transactions, as well as a number of private residential real estate purchasers.

Having lived and worked in Spain for nine years, he is fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
