Ms. Bridges is a Partner of the firm. She represents renewable energy developers, real estate developers, manufacturing facilities and financial institutions in land use and environmental permitting, transactional, and enforcement matters and litigation throughout California. Her practice involves California Environmental Quality Act compliance, property rights, zoning and planning laws, endangered species, water quality, water rights, hazardous waste, air quality, and contaminated properties.  Ms. Bridges has successfully developed and implemented strategies with local and regional agencies in response to complex enforcement actions for large institutional and commercial clients, has represented institutional and individual clients in obtaining and defending comprehensive entitlements for the development and use of their property. [read more=”Read more” less=”Read less”] She has represented clients in trial court and appellate litigation and administrative actions involving CEQA, California Planning & Zoning Law, Endangered Species Act, Brown Act, Public Records Act, Coastal Act, Williamson Act, Subdivision Map Act, water rights and Constitutional claims. Prior to joining SSL, Ms. Bridges was an associate at Ellman Burke Hoffman & Johnson and Downey Brand. She is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the Real Estate and Environmental Law sections of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Ms. Bridges is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women of San Francisco. Ms. Bridges earned her law degree from UC Hastings College of Law. While at Hastings, Ms. Bridges served as an editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly and volunteered at the General Assistance Advocacy Project. Ms. Bridges received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northwestern University.
