Ms. Bridges is a Partner of the firm. She represents renewable energy developers, real estate developers, manufacturing facilities and financial institutions in land use and environmental permitting, transactional, and enforcement matters and litigation throughout California. Her practice involves California Environmental Quality Act compliance, property rights, zoning and planning laws, endangered species, water quality, water rights, hazardous waste, air quality, and contaminated properties.  Ms. Bridges has successfully developed and implemented strategies with local and regional agencies in response to complex enforcement actions for large institutional and commercial clients, has represented institutional and individual clients in obtaining and defending comprehensive entitlements for the development and use of their property.
