Representative Matters
- Represented owners/developers in numerous residential home and condominium developments throughout California.
- Represented a large national health system on insurance coverage issues including representing them in several multi-million dollar insurance coverage lawsuits with their reinsurers, many of which resulted in substantial settlements for the client.
- Successfully defended in arbitration a fraudulent inducement case involving a service agreement between a national credit card lender and one of its collections attorneys.
- Represented the electrical subcontractor in a mechanic’s lien/breach of contract case involving the multi billion dollar Las Vegas CityCenter project.
