Mr. Eisenstadt has been practicing law since 2009 and is a senior attorney in the firm’s commercial leasing practice group. As a transactional attorney, he specializes in complex commercial real estate issues, including industrial, retail and office leasing transactions. Mr. Eisenstadt has handled a wide range of matters, including large full-building and multi-tenant leases, subleases, consent agreements, confidentiality agreements, site access agreements, cellular site leases, property management agreements, license agreements, listing agreements, collateral access agreements, indemnity agreements and legal notices. Mr. Eisenstadt has a wealth of experience representing institutional landlords, including as lead leasing counsel for numerous property portfolios, but also frequently represents non-institutional landlords and tenants. One of Mr. Eisenstadt’s greatest strengths is his dedication and attentiveness to his clients’ needs and priorities. He gives each client his full commitment and understands his role as not only an advisor but also as a dealmaker. This guides his pragmatic approach and focus on both legal issues at hand as well as his client’s business interests.
Prior to obtaining his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Eisenstadt earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Informatics and a Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction. Mr. Eisenstadt’s background prior to joining SSL, which includes working at a large tech company in Silicon Valley and at a startup in San Francisco, gives him a unique perspective on practicing real estate law in the Bay Area and knowledge of the needs of tenants and landlords in this area.
