CONTACTChrysanthe has been practicing law for over 25+ years, leading a wide range of complex transactions, including commercial asset sales, debt, partnership and other joint venture formation, and corporate equity. Her clients include public and private companies, institutional investors, banks, borrowers, developers, early stage companies and a wide range of other businesses, where she helps them buy, sell and finance their assets (secured and unsecured loan facilities, equity/partnerships, buying/selling of assets, and distressed loan transactions).
Chrysanthe has been at SSL Law Firm since 2022. Prior to SSL, Chrysanthe spent a decade at SolarCity, a publicly-traded solar developer acquired by Tesla in 2016, where she structured over $6 billion in partnership equity, sale-leaseback and secured and unsecured debt financings (including ABS, back-leverage, and securitizations), deploying over $9 billion in assets, and where she held a variety of senior legal roles, ultimately general counsel.
Chrysanthe previously worked at HellerEhrman LLP, as a partner with a broad corporate and real estate practice (including secured lending, asset disposition, joint ventures/partnerships and leasing).
She has also worked closely with finance teams on financial reporting, cash forecasting, debt covenants, and tax structuring (corporate/partnership/HLBV/leasing, public and private offerings, etc.), investor and government disclosures, compliance/risk, and accounting/audits.
Chrysanthe received her law degree from the University of Michigan in 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.
