CONTACTMs. Murphy represents multi-national companies, investors, developers and asset managers in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (landlord and tenant), operations and development. Her practice spans a multitude of real estate assets including large corporate campuses, multi-tenant office buildings, shopping centers, retail sites, industrial properties, stadiums, hospitality venues, and solar and alternative energy sites. Before joining SSL, Ms. Murphy served as the first Deputy General Counsel for the San Francisco Giants, where she was a key member of the team responsible for financing and developing Oracle Park and its parking facilities. While at the Giants, Ms. Murphy was the lead counsel on all real estate matters for the team and directed the legal oversight for the expansion of the use of the ballpark beyond baseball.
