Representing both local and national developers and institutional owners of real property, as well as corporate tenants, she has drafted and negotiated thousands of office, industrial, and retail leases in a variety of geographic and economic markets. She also is versed on a wide variety of related title and operational issues impacting owners of commercial real estate and enjoys strategizing with clients to manage risk, taking into account both legal and business considerations, and strives to complete deals both efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining SSL Law Firm, she practiced in the San Francisco office of Morrison Foerster, where she represented domestic and international clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, leasing and finance transactions.
