CONTACTLeslie Bell is a highly respected senior paralegal with many years of legal and business experience spanning commercial real estate, investment management and complex litigation. Since joining SSL in 2023, she has worked exclusively for the leasing group assisting with all aspects of document drafting and negotiation associated with commercial leasing for high rise office, campus office, industrial and retail tenancies. Prior to SSL, Leslie worked for The Irvine Company for approximately 10 years in a senior paralegal capacity supporting one of the nation’s premier commercial real estate portfolios. Earlier in her career, she spent more than five years at PIMCO, supporting investment management operations through contract drafting, negotiation, client servicing, and regulatory due diligence. Her experience also includes several years in private practice with nationally recognized law firms, including Latham & Watkins and Allen Matkins, where she developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate and complex litigation.
