CONTACTLisa Travaglini is a Partner in SSL’s Real Estate transactional group where she represents investors, developers, landlords, tenants and corporate clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
With extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and operation of commercial real estate assets, Lisa regularly drafts and negotiates sophisticated purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, ground leases, license agreements, easements and related transactional documents.
Immediately prior to joining SSL, Lisa served as General Counsel of Argonaut Investments where she managed legal matters relating to asset management, retail leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of real property assets, entity formation, finance and general corporate matters. This in-house experience provided her with a practical business perspective and an understanding of clients’ operational and investment objectives.
Lisa’s prior experience also includes working at a national law firm in the commercial real estate group where her primary focus was retail and office leasing. Lisa is a native San Franciscan and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading and competitive running and swimming.
