CONTACTNatalia E. Thurston serves as Senior Counsel at SSL Law Firm, with extensive experience representing business clients in transactional and civil litigation matters. As a member of SSL Law Firm’s transactional and litigation teams, Natalia helps business clients navigate complex legal issues arising in both real estate transactions and in civil litigation matters. Prior to joining SSL Law Firm, Natalia founded and served as Managing Attorney of Thurston Law Firm, a boutique business law practice serving start-ups to established companies in diverse sectors including commercial real estate, retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, agriculture, technology, and entertainment/media industries. Natalia has successfully represented business clients in high profile litigation matters of first impression before the California Courts of Appeal in cases involving zoning, land use, regulatory preemption, and antitrust claims.
As an arts enthusiast, Natalia has served as pro bono legal counsel to the Oakland Art Museum and California Lawyers for the Arts.
