Nick is a Partner with SSL Law Firm LLP, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. He represents clients in complex litigation, arbitration and government enforcement actions, and has successfully tried cases to judgment. While Nick represents clients across a number of industries, his practice focuses on the real estate, environmental, food and beverage and insurance and reinsurance sectors. Nick’s practice includes litigating real estate disputes, contract and business disputes, trade secret cases, fraud and bad faith claims and claims arising under California’s unfair competition laws.
In addition to litigation, Nick also provides strategic guidance to clients on business and compliance matters. This includes assisting clients with trade secret and anti-competition issues, hiring practices, fiduciary obligations, risk management, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence and environmental and regulatory compliance. With regard to compliance, Nick has in-depth knowledge of California’s environmental boards and regulations, including the California Air Resources Board and Proposition 65.
Nick is admitted to practice law in California and Wisconsin.
