CONTACTMs. Wallace has been practicing law since 2022 and is an associate in the firm’s commercial leasing practice group. Ms. Wallace previously represented landlords in Magistrate Court in South Carolina, handling the full range of eviction proceedings, including nonpayment of rent, lease violations, and holdover tenancies. She also handled matters involving deficiency judgments and breaches of contract in debt collection litigation in North Carolina.
Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Wallace earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, with a minor in Sociology. During law school, Ms. Wallace completed her law school’s Study Abroad Program in Oxford, England, to obtain an International Law concentration. She also served as President of her law school’s Janet Reno Chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
