Ms. Bridges has successfully guided clients through every stage of the development process, from due diligence and entitlement strategy to environmental review, permitting, enforcement actions, and high-stakes litigation. She has defended property rights and secured development approvals for a diverse range of projects throughout California, including luxury residential estates, multifamily communities, commercial and industrial developments, higher education facilities, renewable energy projects, and other complex land use initiatives.
Known for navigating challenging regulatory environments, Ms. Bridges represents clients before planning commissions, city councils, boards of supervisors, and other governmental agencies. Her practice encompasses municipal permitting, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance, zoning and planning law, and property rights.
In addition, Ms. Bridges serves as a strategic advisor to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private investors on a broad spectrum of real estate matters. She counsels clients on the acquisition, development, ongoing use and management, and disposition of commercial and luxury residential properties, with a particular focus on privacy, security, risk mitigation, and sophisticated ownership and entity structures designed to protect and maximize long-term value.
