CONTACTKim McLellan’s practice is focused on commercial real estate and related transactions with primary emphasis on commercial lease negotiations, representing both landlords and tenants. Ms. McLellan’s commercial leasing practice involves all aspects of commercial leasing including office, retail, industrial and mixed use projects, from small scale projects to regional shopping centers and office tower complexes in California and other states. Ms. McLellan was also a JAG officer (captain) in the U.S. Army Reserves where she served as legal advisor to command covering a wide range of issues dealing with administrative law, government contracting, and military personnel law. Before practicing law in California, Ms. McLellan practiced criminal trial defense with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.
