Ms. Vahdani’s practice covers a variety of real property transactions, including acquisition and sales, financing, commercial leasing, and development projects. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vahdani was an associate at Al Tamimi & Co., the largest regional firm in the Middle East, where she specialized in corporate transactional work and advised Fortune 500 clients in the areas of corporate structuring, real estate acquisition and development, agency and distributorships, franchises, tax, and securities.
